Publikace představuje komplexní komentář k zákonu o pozemních komunikacích a nabízí systematický výklad právní úpravy silničního práva v českém právním řádu. Zaměřuje se na kategorizaci pozemních komunikací, jejich výstavbu, užívání a ochranu, stejně jako na práva a povinnosti jejich vlastníků a uživatelů a výkon státní správy v této oblasti. Výklad je koncipován s důrazem na praktickou využitelnost a propojuje zákonný text s relevantní judikaturou a odbornou literaturou, čímž poskytuje ucelený interpretační rámec pro řešení aplikačních problémů. Publikace reflektuje jak veřejnoprávní, tak soukromoprávní aspekty právní úpravy a přihlíží i k souvisejícím technickým předpisům a evropské legislativě. The publication provides a comprehensive commentary on the Roads Act and offers a systematic interpretation of the legal regulation of road law within the Czech legal system. It focuses on the categorisation of roads, their construction, use, and protection, as well as on the rights and obligations of their owners and users and the exercise of public administration in this field. The commentary is designed with an emphasis on practical applicability and connects the statutory text with relevant case law and legal scholarship, thereby providing a coherent interpretative framework for addressing issues arising in practice. The publication reflects both public-law and private-law aspects of the legal regulation and also takes into account related technical regulations and European legislation.
