Kapitola se věnuje jednomu z úkonů správního orgánu, a to osvědčení. Nejdříve dojde k jeho vymezení a bude uveden postup při jeho vydávání. Dále budou uvedeny podmínky jeho nevydání a následky jeho nezákonného nebo nesprávného osvědčení.

The chapter deals with one of the acts of an administrative authority, namely a certificate. First, it will be defined and the procedure for its issuance will be described. Then, the conditions for its non-issuance and the consequences of its illegal or incorrect certification will be described.
