V příspěvku nazvaném "Přehled rozhodnutí správních orgánů obecnými soudy v letech 1918 až 1948" se zaměřím na možnost přezkumu rozhodnutí správních orgánů obecnými soudy, a to od vzniku ČSR v roce 1918 až do roku 1948. pohledu, jakož i z pohledu obecných zákonů. V příspěvku se dále zaměřím na otázku, ve kterých případech měl Nejvyšší správní soud první republiky pravomoc o této otázce rozhodnout. V příspěvku se zaměřím na proces přezkumu rozhodnutí správních orgánů obecnými soudy. Zaměřím se na posuzovanou problematiku z pohledu judikatury a odborné literatury.

In the contribution entitled "Review of decisions of administrative bodies by general courts between 1918 and 1948", I will focus on the possibility of reviewing decisions of administrative bodies by general courts, from the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic in 1918 until 1948. point of view, as well as from the point of view of ordinary laws. In the contribution, I will further focus on the question in which cases the Supreme Administrative Court of the First Republic had the authority to decide on this issue. In the contribution, I will focus on the process of reviewing the decisions of administrative bodies by general courts. I will focus on the assessed issue from the perspective of jurisprudence and professional literature.
