Umělá inteligence je téma aktuálně rezonující nejen odbornou právní veřejností, ale celou společností. Lze důvodně předpokládat, že využití umělé inteligence se bude více a více prosazovat i v oblasti automobilového průmyslu a tedy i osobní přepravě. S tím samozřejmě souvisí mnoho otázek. Například dopravní nehody jsou běžnou každodenní realitou. Bude-li se v oblasti osobní přepravy užívat umělá inteligence, jak se vypořádat s případnou odpovědností za náhradu škody? Tématem příspěvku tedy budou relevantní úvahy de lege ferenda nad legislativní regulací užití AI v silniční přepravě, a to za použití inspirace z případných zahraničních právních úprav.

Artificial intelligence is a topic currently resonating not only with the professional legal community, but with society as a whole. It can be reasonably assumed that the use of artificial intelligence will be more and more promoted in the field of the automotive industry and therefore also in passenger transport. Of course, there are many questions related to this. For example, traffic accidents are a common everyday reality. If artificial intelligence is to be used in passenger transport, how will potential liability for damages be dealt with? The topic of the contribution will therefore be relevant de lege ferenda considerations on the legislative regulation of the use of AI in road transport, using inspiration from possible foreign legal regulations.
